Water purifier / KENSTAR Location: Mira Road East, Thane, Maharashtra, India Posted:[protected] by Sanjeev Yadav Tab broken,Drain Issue I have purchased a water purifier [Serial Nu.[protected]] of Kenstar company during the offer period. Earlier it was working fine but since last 15 days having water drain issue [Water not purified] and after 2-3 days of this problem,Tab of this purifier has been broken. I have lodged a complaint regarding these issue on dated 14-05-10 with complaint number is "THA[protected]", Maximum time 24 hours told by executives to me to resolve this issue. This complaint number is still open without any action,Also I have called lot of times on daily basis at the customer care number [[protected]], talked many care executives like Radhika,Tushar,Pradeep and Nitin etc.They assured me that it will resolved today on priority basis, but after assurance problem still persists.Is there any time limit to resolve the complaint because my complaint is open since 10 days. I am too upset for this type of service, so I do not want to use this more,Looking for change with some other brands. Q.: What should I do now. Please suggest? Thanks: Sanjeev Yadav [protected]
