I have called the videocon customer service number [protected] and registered a complaint with my phone number(They said the complaint number will be our phone number) I have spoken to agent Riya regarding my complaint, She arranged a videocon service person visited in 24hours. The person visited and he stated due to water leaked into the compressor, the wires and sensor all are burnt, he called his supervisor and advised to change the sensor part which will cost 2700Rs.I have asked for the warranty and the bill. The supervisor and the service guy stated they will send me the bill to my Email address shortly. I trusted and paid the amount,the visited person said to switch on the fridge after 4hours as the water has to dry. I did the same way but still the fridge was not working and I haven't received the bill as well. I called the customer service team for last 4days, and they spoke very rude and they said the are not bothered even if i raise a police complaint. I only have the customer service and the visited person phone number [protected],he is not receiving my call.They are not ready to provide there email address as well which seems unfair.
