Your Company takes two hours to install new connection. But for solving customer complaint they are not bothered. I would rather suggest the senior management of this company to make their executives fight elections as they are only good at expressing sympathy and giving revised commitments. I logged in a complaint on 4th of October and they assured that the engineer will visit by 2 pm, then revised it for 4 pm and 7 pm so on.... On 5th again said that someone will visit max by 4 pm. Surprisingly when i followed up with the call centre again they said that the service team has allready closed this complaint -WHERE IN NO BODY HAS BOTHERED TO VISIT OR CALL. Executive again asked for the apology and said i am logging new complaint On 6th they said that against WO no1-[protected], some one will visit by 5 pm 7nth they tried to connect me to their senior and after keeping me hold for 10 min twice they said that he is going to call me. I recvd a call at 6:30 and was given assurance by 7:30 this is going to get sorted out. I again called them up at 9:30, they asked me sir plz give us one more day. On 8th today they said sir system is down, plz call us after half an hour. If company is interested to know the names of all the executives, i can provide. My subs id is [protected]. I have paid you for the annual package for HD connection and for 6 month for my regular connection. Would like to get rid of this type of experience. And also what should a customer do when he has opted for a service paid full in advance and then beg. What should be the compensation for experiencing such type of frustration?

DON'T ENCOURAGE ANYA PERSON OF YOUR KNOWN TO PURCHASE TATA SKY/DISH TV. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THEY ARE VERY MUCH COOPERATE WITH THE CUSTOMER. BUT AFTER PURCHASE FINISHED THEY DO NOT BOTHER THE PUBLIC. BEST WAY TO VIEW THE PRIVATE CHANNEL WITH THE HELP OF LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR WHO WILL GIVE SERVICE FOR THEIR OWN INTEREST.
Its regret to inform you have that numeric call has been made and request opened on your website.
But most of the time logged complained is closed without any resolution of the problem.

What kind of services are you providing to your customer.

Mine was, simple problem that against my account, Zeetos points has been exchanged with 3D Zungle book.
Worst part is request for the same is raised on 15th Aug 2012. And till now 4TH Oct 2012, it has not been delivered.
Every time we call simple answer, “it will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours. From 15 Aug 2012 onward numerous 24 hours are processed.
Just for a exhanged gift more than 20 calls has been made.
