Bill payment not done. I paid my airtel mobile rechargel with Tapzo , while it did not happen earlier when I was using Freecharge or PayTM. The support is just escalating me from past thirty days. reply from tapzo on 7th jan tapzo apologize for the delay in response. Your recharge with Transaction ID R[protected] was unsuccessful from our end and refund has already been initiated. As per bank security norms, it can take upto 12 working days for it to reflect in your bank account. For wallets, it can take upto 48 hours for the refund to reflect. If it does not come in your account by the stipulated time, please get in touch with your bank directly. continue follow up with them but till date refund was not received . take strik action against them . thery are liers
