The reliance closed its cdma service on 8-6-16 in kanpur district up east circle, i m a broadband customer, i was told by reliance outlet on 9 june that my billing is stopped from 8-june-2016, and the 4g will be going to start next month. Till then i hav to use other alternatives. But on 13-6-16 reliance sent me bill of 1300 for 1 month, from[protected] to[protected], with due date of 28-06-16. And their service is discontinued on 8-06-16 by the company itself without any notice and going to resume in august or october. I conatacted customer care 4-5 days more than 10 times.. Evry time they say that there senior is not available and service is discontinued from 13-6-16 (Suprisingly on the day bill generated) but evryone knows the truth here. I jst wanted to know that is it leagal for company to send bill with due date after stopiing its service by company itself and it charged for two days ie 9-june and 10 june, since there service was stopped from 8 june..? Plz tell me its leagal or not, i have alll the evidence including call recordings of customer care and video recording of reliance office, i m planning to file court case against company.
