Hello, This is Rohan Kumar Singh from Kolkata and i am a employee of TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICE. I have requested a cheque book as on 1st october Since it was undelivered and again i have requested and till today I am not getting my cheque book. I have already raised a complain also and my complaint no. - [protected]. I am not getting a proper response from Blue dart and Citi Bank as well Since I am a customer of Citi Bank. I have already got response from many of your employee but not satisfied and Name as below : 1) Pravin Kumar 2) Sarabjit Sahera And i have all the recordings of your citi bank and blue dart if you required than i can send that to you. And i want an immediate reply that what have you taken action against this Issue within 24 hrs and i want my cheque book in 24 hrs. I have called to the blue dart customer care service by today itself and they said it will take time to deliver upto Monday than what is the meaning o[censored]rgent or Rush request if it will take so much long time. If i will not get a reply than i will make a written complaint in Citi bank Branch and after that i will take most appropriate action. Please take this mail as a very high priority and kindly mail to the blue dart service that today or tomorrow by EOD they can deliver my cheque book in my new address which i had already updated as on 6th oct,2016.
