Payment Deducted but dint produce bill

Yesterday, I tried to pay BSNL Landline Bill online. I went through the payment gateway. My transaction id is TX[protected]. After few minutes later, the page was redirected to show bill where it showed "sorry for inconvenience". I am not sure if the transaction is failed/not. But amount is deducted from my account.

re-visit the portal where the "pay" button is there. If the button appears disabled then the payment is being received by BSNL. If it's still enables and allows you to make the payment, then there is issue, you need to contact customer care or nearest BSNL office.
