Lays chips with MRP 18 sold for rupees 20. Upon online complaint registration, I got the response from railway authority saying that, charging is as per consumer affairs and there is no overcharging. Following is the screen shot of complaint. can we take it further. Your Valuable Feedback Complaint Reference No : W/SW/SBC/[protected] Your Actual Complaint The caterers are charging lays chips pack with ₹18 MRP at ₹20 I.e. ₹2 extra. Is it allowed? The caterers I clarified and are not under IRCTC. This for your information and immediate action. Closure Remark:- As per the approved rate list by Department of Consumer Affairs (Goverment of India) the price of the lays chips is Rs.20/- and there is no overcharging *Quality of disposal of complaint : Below Average Average Satisfactory Excellent

not only ion lays, Even the tea and other eatables are worst, The tea and coffee they provide will just have 90% pure water.
