I had ordered online a stock clearance combo (wireless JBL Ear phone, head phone & ear bud). But i have received only one product of sony headphone (Wrong product and not wireless) which I had not even ordered. Now i have sent the details on their website to take back the product and send the right product which i have ordered. There is no reply from them and its been more than one week. I tried mailing and calling Pickkr technologies also, still no reply. And I don't know the status what to do with this product which has came. Below mentioned details for your reference.
