Not getting proper bills from hospital after delivery. What to do

Dear sir/madam, My wife is admitted in a hospital for delivery. We have taken super delux room. At the time of admission, hospital account team has given us 1 lack package for super delux room. My wife having health policy from that policy she is eligible for 50k, but we have paid remaining amount from our pocket. But at the discharge time, they have charged us 1 lack 25 thousand but not telling us why they have charged us more 25k. After so much quarrel, they have done settlement on 1 lack 11 thousand. They told me 11 thousand bill is for baby services. So have paid extra 11 thousand and having paid receipt with us. I would like to claim this amount from my policy but hospital team is not ready to provide us proper bill for 11k and not ready to give us details about bills, so i am not able to reimburse this amount from my policy as they need proper bills for claim process. Can we take legal action against hospital for not providing us proper bills? Let me know if you required more details and guide me for further plan. Thanks Vishal
