kotak executive asking Aadhar and Pan card re verification for zero balance account

Hi' I recently opened an account in Kotak and the executive told it is zero balance account and I already linked my Aadhar and PAN too. But after 4 months the executive called me and again asked for the aadhar and Pan and photograph to turn my account into zero balance account for permanently. Is it true or he is just trying bluff me ?.plz answer

Why don't you approach your Home branch & ask them ... if you got this info. from One Counter of Bank Why don't you move to Enquiry Counter & Get it Clarified..
