Dear Sir/Madam, With due respect I Saikat Biswas, do hereby inform you that I have purchased one inverter battery with UPS on 07/07/2014. Battery Details:- Model-SBW-150 Ah, Sl No. – 00301A[protected] Inverter/UPS details:- Make/Type/Model850na.shiny-sukam, capacity & sl no-50202A[protected] I have launched a complain on 12/08/2017 (REF NO.- 53487C10120817 HAPPY CODE 8951) as my inverter was not working and promised your customer care executive to co-operate with service engineer who would likely to come to resolve the said problem. After that I have made phone calls for so many times to your customer care for assistance but unfortunately I have received nil co-operations from your end. In this connection I am hereby request you please let me know if your service engineer will come to my residence or should I solve the above mentioned problem by myself. Again please let me know is it called the “Assistance within 72 hours” or you have no provision for after sales service.
