Furniture bad quality delivered.

We have ordered Bed and sofa from Wood impression shop in pune. The shop is very good and display items are amazing. But the bed they have delivered is broken within one week, we have asked him to replace the bed or refund the amount but he is not ready for that. nearly 20 times he has sent his worker to fix the issue but the issue is not yet fixed. We are not at all satisfied with the bed quality. it makes wierd sound while sleeping as well. We have paid the 45% sofa advance amount and 30,000rs is pending for sofa. We have said him that we will not pay remaining amount untill the bed issues are fixed. But he is not delivering sofa to us. What should we do ?we did not get sofa delivered we just have bed delivered which is having lot of issues and we have already paid them 68,000 and 30,000 is still pending from our side.
