Fungi in 20 Litre Jar Bisleri, O2rise, Bally etc

My office is in Oshiwara Industrial Centre, Opp Oshiwara Bus Depot, Goregaon West and we have been taking Mineral water for personal and office staff consumption from Jugal Store[protected], which is in the vicinity. Since the last one year we are fed up with the mineral water supply here as the brands keep changing and the store keeper charges 70/- for a 20litre jar of O2rise and other brands which we have not heard of and 75/- for Bisleri But no matter which brand you take, immediately after 2 days we see fungi in the water jar and we are forced to throw away the entire water. This also has made us realize that the water itself is contaminated from the beginning and shows only after 2-3 days I highly doubt if the said water is even Mineral as so many Mineral Water companies have mushroomed in Mumbai and there is no body to regulate them or even check the quality. The vendor is of no help, his patent reply is "what can i do" I really want to understand what is the government doing, are we supposed to drink this contaminated water forever? I would seriously want someone to check the vendor to know even if he is using the original bottle / company stock or whether it is home filled as its is easy to duplicate almost anything in today's world!
