Employyement documents issue like salary silips

I am working in a company named which I joined in Jan, 2013. Now, I have completed my 4 years and 8 months in this company so I am eligible for gratuity benefits from the company. But, 2 years back company start a new training institute company and send a mail to the employees at the time of increment and mentioned your employment has transfer to new training institute. Both the companies manage by same people, management at the same place. They did not provide any new offer letter and did not signed any documents from the employees about this transfer. Now, company management says that you are the employee of the new one and do not eligible for any benefits on the behalf of old company. Now, company management are denying to provide salary silips and re-leaving letter from old company. They are running both the organization currently as well and doing some work under the old company and Training work under the new company. I am also filing my ITR on the behalf of CADSoft Technologies last 4 years and I have all form 16 on behalf of old company. But, now they are denying to provide salary silip from old company. They did all these thing (changing in the name of the company) to hide the government tax and employee benefits like gratuity. So now, every employee is new in the company and no one have more than 3 years experience, management says like this. Could, you suggest me what should i do? Because If they give me releaving letter and salary silips from new company then it will reduce my experience as well as credibility. Be cause, i do not have offer letter of new company. I want each and everything on behalf of old one because it help in my career as well as support me in banking services as well like home loan etc. Please suggest me what should I do in this mater.
