Ref: : the item purchased on 10/06/2016 and complaint no.96071793 dated 13/07/2016 Sir, It was very shocking and unexpected experience from an esteemed organization like m/s. Eurekha forbes when there is high competition in this field. I have reported the complaint on 13/07/2016 just a month after receiving the item but till date no one has attended against my repeated contact over phone. Now i am not expected much from your side but certainly need the contact id of your corporate high official to present the matter before moving to consumer court. Also i take this opportunity to inform you that i am not at all interested to talk with your customer service agent which was only of wasting time. Now i need full replacement of the item with new one and also the contact id of corporate high official at the earliest. With thanks Kt narayanan Mob.[protected] Question is no response from eurekha forbes, so go forward with a consumer complaint against eurekha forbes. For which whatelse to do herewith
