debit card online failed transction

i have a account in bank of baroda, some day before a done a online transaction by using my debit card but the transaction was failed and amount got debited from account, So i lodge a complaint by calling Customer care but as per there it will take 46 to 50 days to resolve the complain . If it is correct then why it's take too much time resolved ?
