Dear Sir, As per our tele conversation today morning at your customer service, please note that I have cancelled my ticket because of sudden change of flight route, instead of direct flight . Moreover, you have sent me an itinerary change e-mail, specifically mentioned either you can cancel the ticket without any extra charge. However, the below confirmation sees a deduction of KD 87/- Also please note that I have booked the ticket to direct flight and according to your convenience you have changed the route. This is not my fault and this is your fault and it is unjustifiable. You are kindly requested to transfer the full amount.
