Bhayandar Extra charges with print on Maintainence Bill

I am a resident in a Co-Op Housing Society in Bhayandar. Our Society member agreed for a Deemed Conveyance in general body meeting but no amount was decided and no tenders or quotations were brought forward. The society is asking asking that 50% will be paid by society fund and rest by members but they are asking us to pay Rs. 10,000 per flat for 41 residents building and that too without any price approval..They say they have the right to collect any amount as they need without quotation..When one tender was submitted to SOCIETY with much less amount still they do not want to go forward with general body meeting and are refusing my Maintenance check stating they will accept whole amount with the extra charges with Maintenance or no amount will be collected from. I do not stay in that flat and it is empty but still for the past 2 years i have been paying my dues regularly without hassle and the secretary who is a lady talks in bad language and cannot be replied back by me as she starts the WOMAN's high tone voice game...and is not accepting my Maintenance check.. Pls do help me with it. What should I do? and can u help me with the Deemed conveyance problem too?
