Asianet broadband connection issue

Dear sir/madam, Sub code : cn90506 Name : karthikeyan t I approached asianet representative last week (1st oct 2015). For a new broadband connection (Speed 520). He registered form and said technical person will come on saturday to provide modem and connection. Saturday (3rd oct) one person called and asked me to whether i am ready for payment. I said, i am ready, and asked him to come. Within an hour he came and gave me the modem, get the signature, collect the money (Rs. 2400/-) and then left. Monday (5th oct) again two person came and bring the cable from post to my modem then said your modem is connected with cable, your connection will be activated within one hour. Still i am facing the issue to get the connection. I not sure when the next person will come and visit my home. If i cancel the service, i will get refund of modem (1000rs). Which is i am not using of it. For the five days of duration, doing nothing, am i need to lose 1400/- for choosing asianet service...?
