poor service/RESPONSE

sir, I have taken internet connection from TIKONA.Initially i paid Rs.1100/- to tikona for new connection. After taking money from me that person has switched off his phone. After so many calls finally I got connection after 7 days (25.5.12). That connection stopped working after 7 days I had made so many calls to tikona they didn't reply. After one month connection started working, again i recharged the plan. But after getting money, internet speed still coming only 50-150Kbps in place of 2000kbps. Daily i am sending mail to tikona but everybody is calling me & assuring to correct this but no action is taken till date, My connection no. is 1106535158 MY DAY TO DAY WORK IS SUFFERING AFTER WASTING LOT OF MONEY.
